1 Hotel Nashville is now blooming. My husband and I are huge fans of 1 Hotel South Beach. With flights being so outrageous, we decided to take a road trip to Nashville. The 5 and 1/2 drive through the mountains landed us at an urban oasis in Music City. Opening their doors in July, this marks 1 Hotels’ 8th hotel property. Sitting across from the Music City Center and the Country Music Hall of Fame, the property includes 215 rooms, including 37 suites with skylines of the city. You can relax in the Bamford Wellness Spa, work out in the Anatomy gym, or grab a drink at the bar. I always admire the brands’ mission to luxury sustainability, communities, holistic health and wellness, and natural design.
The Vibes
The decor of the 1 Hotel family is always so welcoming with multi-textures, and stimulating scents, creating a calming atmosphere. Blends of natural wood, and soft lighting, The nature-inspired designs transport you to a quiet hillside within a bustling city. The signature 1 Hotel scent embraces you and says “Welcome Home.” It feels good and smells good! The staff was extremely helpful. Valet, front desk, and bartenders all played a role in making sure we had a great time. We traveled with our dog, Parker, and he got lotssssss of love from the staff. They provided a toy, food, and water bowls to welcome Parker with open arms.
The Chews
There are two dining concepts and two bars at 1 Hotel Nashville.
1. Harriet’s Rooftop Bar, opening Sept 14, allows guests to sip and dip light bites crafted from seasonal, sustainable ingredients and wellness cocktails prepared from fresh juices blended in-house. You can catch local musicians and a resident DJ spinning sets every weekend. The rooftop was not open yet during our stay.
2. 1 Kitchen Nashville is s innovative farm-to-table dining. Nashville Eater says ” 1 Kitchen Nashville pledges to source 75 percent of ingredients within a 200-mile radius, and gets proteins from places like Bucksnort Trout Ranch, Pig & Leaf Farm, and Bear Creek Farm.”
3. Neighbors is a casual, laid-back cafe serving coffee, acai bowls, grab-and-go snacks, cold-pressed juices, and more. I had a delicious strong macchiato before we started for the day.
4. The lobby bar serves delicately handcrafted sustainable cocktails, beer, and wine. The espresso Martini was exceptional. They had the cutest cube of ice with the 1 Hotel logo on it. The bartender gave us great recommendations of where to go in the city. You will find out where we went in the upcoming Nashville vlog.

The Rooms
Our urban oasis flows straight to the wooden doors leading to your accommodations. Check out the full room tour in the video below. Our Cityscape King room gave a studio feel with a king bed, rain show, and workbench vanity with a double-sided mirror. The mirror was great for getting ready without getting in each other way. adored that the vanity mirror was two-sided so there was no fighting over the mirror while getting ready. The restroom was separated but there was no fan or true installation to keep things quiet. The multi-textured feels continued in the room with blankets, rugs, and sitting areas. They also provide two terry cloth hooded robes, slippers, and a yoga mat.
The gym was spacious and provide the right equipment to get things done.
Pro Tip
When you stay with 1 Hotel, take advantage of their House car service. They currently have Audi’s available to transport you within a one-mile radius of the property. This was perfect to get to Broadway Street, Assembly Food Hall, and The National Museum of African American Music.
