There’s no question about Stax claiming a spot on The Food Network’s ‘Top 50 Diners in the US‘ list. Stax has been serving Greenville since 1988. With a 16 page menu, they offer anything you want to tickle your tastebuds. Stax is not one of those places that have only one signature stand out dish. Stax puts love in everything that they serve up. Every visit is consistent service, quality flavors, and cleanliness. Stax makes you feel like home.
Whether you’re craving lasagna, wanting to dabble in a breakfast skillet (they serve breakfast all day long ) or you want some extravagant Greek nachos. Stax gotcha covered severing up a mix of traditional diner fare along with Greek and Southern favorites. Guarantee, whatever you order is going to taste delicious. My top breakfast dish is the Bayou skillet: Two farm-fresh eggs any style over American fried potatoes, andouille sausage, all-natural char-grilled chicken, tomatoes, onions, peppers, mushrooms, and Mozzarella cheese. Everything melts together just right with the andouille sausage and chicken making things pop. My next comforting favorite is their Chicken Alfredo which takes me back to the old-school Alfredo that I had growing up as a child. A hug in a bowl.
