Cajun Shrimp & Smoked Gouda Cauliflower Grits

Shrimp and grits are a requirement where I’m from. My Charleston fave doesn’t fit into my 60-day keto challenge so we are going to flip the switch!! I know you are bewildered “Low carb grits? “ No, that hasn’t been discovered yet but we are giving riced cauliflower a creamy treatment to mimic grits.

Feel free to add bacon, andouille sausage or create a gravy! Make this recipe your own. Be sure to taste as you go to ensure the flavors are collaborating! I know you are going to love this meal. Let’s turn up the heat on some Cajun Shrimp and Smoked Gouda Cauliflower Grits!
